Alex is in quarters in both singles and doubles with Daniel Evans(who beat top seed in singles). Much better run of form for Boggo.Hope Boggo can beat 7th seed Matosevic.Has slipped to Brit No.4 but hopefully back to no.2 very soon.

| its been a good 2 weeks for boggo (40 rankings points picked up do far), he isn't 100% over his shin injury though, so i am not allowing my expectations to build for any match,. |

| Unfortunately alex had to retire 64 21 down. i assume its still the shin injury. a QF here was a good result all things considered. now we will have to see what condition he will be in for Granby |

Alex must be gutted... with all due respect he's underperformed but stayed fit for a few months, and then when he starts playing well and looking good for a couple of tourny wins he gets injured..
Hope he gets better soon and climbs back up the rankings... still my favourite GB player by a country mile anyway _________________ Up The Bogmeister |

Yep its a shame. at the moment i don't know if he will be fit for Vancouver either. he has stayed out in the states to rest rather than fly all the way back here so i guess it may be a last minute decision to see hoe he is feeling. he shouldn't push himself too soon though, no point rushing back and making things worse.
