Not sure what the overnight score was except Al lost the 1st set 6-4;do expect Al to win this sort of match particularly after the heroics against Andy. I note that Al has improved his aces to 32.Dramatic improvement and his backhand seems solid.Needs a win and at Wimbledon because of points to defend at Newport,so a top 100 appearance may occur then a dip out.

| Disappointing loss.1st serve was 67%.Needs to be around 74%.Hopefully this will bring Al back down to earth again;so he can re-boot somehow.Hope Peter can help him in this. |

| What kind of draw will Al want at Wimbledon. Not top 10. Maybe it is worth asking for a particular court, like number 2. Must start winning again. |
