Kolding Ch, DenmarkBoggo has got under way with a win here, beating Juska 4 & 2. Decent start, probably will face Oli Rochus (who faces a WC in the 1st rd) next though so will be a tough ask to get past rd2.
last autumn/winter season he didn't win any matches so this is a better start at least

Boggo beat Koubek rather comprehensively 61 61. plays Vik in the semis.
this result will probably mean he will head to Orleans next via a special entry slot rather than play Stockholm qualies (which hem will now miss)

Hey what happened in the final...
Looking on tennis.com it seemed that Boggo won, altho the scores didn't seem to make sense.. did his opponent retire?

yes at the end of the 2nd set dodig verbally abused a line judge. apparently he had been acting up all week arguing with the officials and even fighting with a spectator in the 1st rd. To follow up he smashed his runners up trophy on the way out!
Still a great week for Alex, his 9th Challenger title in all. Fingers crossed he cna build on it.
he has been given a SE into orleans where he plays 2nd seed Federico Gil (wr 74)
